On 16th June, Chris Burgess and Fiona Anthony will be delivering training in London to empty homes officers, hosted by Finders International. They will look at legal solutions to empty homes and consider the advantages and disadvantages of the options available. After covering the key features of Empty Dwelling Management Orders (EDMOs) and the enforced sales process, they will look in more depth at the compulsory purchase process.
