Following the successful completion of the GDL and LPC at The University of Law in 2016/17, Robyn gained general legal experience volunteering at the Citizen’s Advice Bureau and spending time with firms such as Addleshaw Goddard. Robyn joined the Crown Prosecution Service as a trainee solicitor in November 2017 and has completed the first 6 months of her training contract. She has spent a great deal of time in the Crown Court working with counsel on high profile and complex criminal cases, as well as spending time in the Magistrates Court training as an advocate.
Robyn has spent the majority of her time at the CPS in the Rape and Serious Sexual Assault unit, again encountering and preparing high profile and incredibly sensitive cases which require a great deal of knowledge and skill in that area of law.
She is currently training in the Public Law & Standards department to complete her second seat at nplaw and will be moving to the Child Protection department in October 2018 for her third seatBack to Our People page >
