Eunice is an in-house barrister in the public law team. She advises local government departments on a wide range of commercial matters. She also advises schools on a range of education related matters. Eunice works part-time and her working hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9.30 a.m. – 2.30 p.m.
Eunice spent several years working for local authorities in the West Midlands advising on child protection and local government commercial matters. She joined nplaw in 2013 and provides advice to local government departments on commercial contracts, the application of local government law, governance matters, the public procurement regime and collaborative working. Eunice also advises schools on academy conversion, commercial contracts and data protection. She has been a school governor for many years and has a good understanding of the pressures faced by her education clients. She also has extensive experience of working with clients who are focussed on service improvement and provides detailed support where necessary.
