Alex joined nplaw as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2019.
Prior to joining nplaw, Alex worked as a Paralegal for in an in-house legal team that performed independent investigations concerning regulatory mental healthcare law.
This was followed by work as a Legal Assistant in a local authority’s child and adult protection legal team with input on education law queries. Alex later assumed a role as a Welfare Rights Officer at the same local authority to devise and deliver welfare-benefit take-up campaigns targeted at vulnerable residents, as well as to provide advice and tribunal representation to welfare benefit claimants across the county.
