Jane Linley speaks at CPO conference

Jane Linley, our Planning and Environmental Law Team Lead, was a speaker at a Westminster Briefings conference entitled “Compulsory Purchase Orders: Using Powers to Promote Development” in London on 13 July.

She spoke on the subjects of using the right powers, getting the right advice and successful partnership working. Her talk was illustrated with lots of before and after photographs of the properties and projects we have worked on where CPOs have been successfully obtained and have contributed to transforming communities for the better.
