Empty Homes: Legal Solutions

Fiona Anthony and Jennifer Batten will be delivering training in Bristol on 28th June 2023 to empty homes officers, hosted by Finders International. They will look at legal solutions to empty homes and consider the advantages and disadvantages of the options available. After covering the key features of Empty Dwelling Management Orders (EDMOs) and the enforced sales process, Fiona and Jennifer will look in more depth at using compulsory purchase orders as a solution.

This follows on from successful training sessions on this topic delivered in 2022 by nplaw and hosted by Finders International in London and Manchester.
