20 May 2016 | Category

Dan Miller was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of England and Wales on 18th May 2016. Dan joined nplaw as a legal officer in 2013 and started a “training lite” contract with us in 2014. We offer our “training lite” contract to any of our legal officers who has passed the LPC, worked with us for over a year and whom we consider suitable for further training. Under the contract, we ensure that the trainee receives training in accordance with SRA requirements whilst continuing to work primarily in their post of legal officer. As a trainee, Dan continued to do property work but also widened his experience by undertaking varied work in planning, local government and dispute resolution. Dan now plans to specialise in commercial property work.
