Self‑build and Custom Housebuilding Seminar

The Housing and Planning Act 2016 brought about many major changes in housing and planning. nplaw’s Planning and Environmental Law team will be holding a free seminar on “Self-build and Custom Housebuilding” at County Hall on the morning of Wednesday 19th October 2016.

The morning will start with coffee and registration from 9.00 until 9.30 am and we will aim to finish by 11.30 am. Our senior lawyers will take delegates through the key changes brought about by the Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015, the Housing and Planning Act 2016 and associated regulations due to come into force from 31st October 2016. Originally intended for up to 15 attendees, the number of places available has had to be increased due to the unexpected level of demand.
