Tell us about your career journey
Qualified over 20 years ago through Aviva and a large regional practice in Norwich. Worked in a combination of private practices, and in house companies before joining nplaw.
Why did you choose to work at nplaw?
Opportunity, variety, to make a difference, not interested in becoming a partner. I wasn’t focused on just a large salary. Wanted to do something worthwhile with my legal skills and experience.

What is the biggest opportunity you have been given since joining nplaw?
Becoming a monitoring officer , one of 3 statutory roles at the council.
Are there any interesting projects/matters that you are working on at the moment?
Lots of different projects for clients.
What is the work/life balance and the wider culture like?
It has got better!
What do you do out of work and what is your proudest achievement out of work?
Being a mum!
What do you think are nplaw’s main selling points to attract new employees?
